By using our (Greeb) website: , you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use. Orders shall be accepted at our sole discretion but will be accepted if the goods that you order are in stock and your payment transaction is authorised. Your card will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, a full refund will be given. You will own the goods once they have been delivered to the address specified and when we have received cleared payment for the goods in full. Until that time then we will retain title to the goods. We will contact you if there are any problems. Here at Greeb we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your account and to provide the products and services you have requested from us. We do our best to ensure the representation/images of products are accurate. However, there may be slight variations in material grain, colour and texture between the pictures and the products themselves. For some of our goods each product has its own individual characteristics, often due to materials such as wood and alternative manufacturing techniques. These products will be stated as having unique individual characteristics on the product’s page, and we will ensure our best to portray the products as stated above.


Packing and shipping charges depend on the product ordered. Some of our products are fragile and we ask you to inspect them once received - if they are damaged from postal services please document through photos and email us at - we will do our best to replace and repair any damaged goods.


You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging - please ensure that it is well and safely packed. Please also provide a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover the cost of returning goods, which should be posted to:

We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Warranty and Repairs:

We offer a 1 year warranty on our products for workmanship and materials. We will cover the cost of repair or replacement for this period. Damage caused in use is not covered, but we will do our best to repair your products through our repair support. Repair costs will be calculated for each case and we will do our best to keep our/your products fully functioning. Email us at if a repair is needed or for any questions or advice.

Closed Loop/ End of Life

If you decide that you no longer want to keep one of our products then please get in contact with us at and we will arrange to receive your old goods to refurbish and sell in our seconds shop, or to fully recycle. Note that we do not pay to receive goods back, however we will pay for postage in most cases. We are closed loop and working with many other great companies towards a circular economy. We want to ensure that nothing we produce will go to waste.  - "Never bin, Always recycle". If our products end up outside of our loop (control) they are fully recyclable and instructions on recycling are provided on our site. Any questions? Email us at
